We were recognized as a Ueda City Gender Equality Promotion Business for fiscal year 7.

We are pleased to announce that our company has been recognized by Ueda City as a "Ueda City Gender Equality Promotion Business for Fiscal Year 2025." The award ceremony was held at the Ueda City Hall on March 10, 2026, where our Human Resources representative attended and received a certificate of commendation from Ueda City Mayor Yoichi Tsuchiya.

This award, based on Article 19 of the Ueda City Ordinance for the Promotion of Gender Equality, recognizes businesses that actively work to create an environment where everyone, regardless of gender, can work comfortably and demonstrate their abilities. Eligible businesses are those that actively engage in utilizing women's abilities, expanding their job opportunities, supporting work-life balance, and creating an environment toward gender equality.

In recent years, our company has focused on creating an environment that prioritizes the well-being of each employee and supports diverse working styles. Specifically, this includes actively promoting women to management positions, establishing a gender-neutral wage system, encouraging male employees to take childcare leave, and introducing a five-day work week. These initiatives were not planned for any specific purpose, but rather are the result of listening to our employees' voices on a daily basis and striving to create a better workplace environment.

We are deeply honored to receive this award, as it represents public recognition of our ongoing efforts. Moving forward, we will continue to strive to create a comfortable working environment where all employees can maximize their abilities and thrive while balancing their work and personal lives.
