~ Aiming to create a safe and rewarding workplace ~

We are pleased to announce that on June 2025, 6, we obtained ISO13 certification, an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems, from the Japan Quality Assurance Organization (JQA) at our Ueda and Maruko facilities.

In terms of occupational health and safety, our group does not simply comply with laws and regulations, but places particular emphasis on "developing people who can act safely (safe people)" and "creating an inherently safe workplace (intrinsic safety)." In addition to these two points, we also add appropriate "safety management" as the three pillars of our activities, aiming to create a workplace with zero accidents and zero illnesses where all employees can work with peace of mind. Ensuring employee safety is the most important issue for management, and with this certification as an opportunity, we will continue to strengthen our efforts in occupational health and safety, and further focus on creating a workplace environment where all employees can work with peace of mind.

In order to obtain ISO 45001 certification, we attended a seminar in a short time frame and focused on correctly understanding the certification requirements and educating and informing our employees. It was particularly difficult to instill awareness of occupational safety and health in all our employees, but the strong leadership of top management and the fact that the entire company was able to work together were a great help. We will not be satisfied with this and will continue to strive to further improve the work environment by continuing to collect feedback from the field and reviewing the management system. We also aim to create a safe and rewarding workplace with zero accidents and zero illnesses for all employees.
