Regarding UIJ Turn Relocation Recruitment

Referral hiring is a system in which we recruit talent through recommendations and referrals from our employees.
If the candidate is hired, both the referrer and the referred person will receive a referral bonus.
Referral bonuses are available up to 10 yen, and the job categories eligible for referral bonuses are listed on our company's recruitment page.
The payment method for referral bonuses will be based on our company's standards.

Alumni recruitment is a system that allows us to rehire former full-time employees and former contract employees (alumni) who have left our company.
During the selection process, we will make a comprehensive judgment based on your performance during your time with the company and your work responsibilities.

UIJ turn employment generally refers to returning to one's hometown for work, or relocating from an urban area for work.
If you are hired, we will provide you with a relocation allowance of up to 10 yen to cover moving expenses.
The procedures for paying the relocation allowance will be in accordance with our company's standards.
